After launch: $49.99 (about R899), paid once

What one person pays over three years
| Option | Monthly | Three years | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| ClientOS | No monthly fee | $34.99 to $49.99, paid once | The lower figure if you buy at the launch price. |
| A typical subscription CRM | $12 to $45 a month, per user | $432 to $1,620 | Entry plans, billed yearly. Some make you buy three seats. |

The subscription range is based on the entry plans of six well-known CRMs built for sales teams, law firms and financial advisers: their published prices for one user, billed yearly, in October 2026. Prices change, so treat these figures as a guide. Three-year totals are the monthly price times 36.

## What your money pays for

- **Privacy you can check.** Client records are stored on your iPhone or iPad, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and opened with your password or Face ID. There is no ClientOS server with a copy.

- **Your profession's words.** You track cases, visits, sessions or engagements. Not deals and opportunities.

- **From first call to paid invoice.** Pipeline, payments, invoice PDFs, expenses and reports, in one app.

- **No signal needed.** It works offline, and voice notes are transcribed on the device.

## Who it is not for

ClientOS does one job well: running a practice of one. It is the wrong choice if you need:

- A team working on one shared pipeline. Each purchase is for one person.
- Android or Windows. It runs on Apple devices with iOS 26 or later.
- Email campaigns, cloud sync between colleagues or links to other software.

If that is you, a subscription CRM is worth its monthly fee. If you work alone, you would be paying every month for tools you never open.

Prices are set in US dollars. The App Store charges in your own currency, so the rand amounts are a guide and the exact price can vary by country.
