## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClientOS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this application.

## 2\. Licence

ClientOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this application for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

## 3\. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

-   Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
-   Maintain the security of your password
-   Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
-   Not use the app for any illegal purposes
-   Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations

## 4\. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ClientOS. The app merely provides tools for organising and managing your data.

## 5\. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClientOS is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

-   Uninterrupted access to the app
-   Error-free operation
-   Fitness for any particular purpose
-   Data recovery in case of loss

## 6\. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

-   Data loss or corruption
-   Business interruption
-   Indirect or consequential damages
-   Any damages arising from your use of the app

## 7\. Termination

You may stop using ClientOS at any time. Your licence terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

## 8\. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

## Beta offer

This offer is made on clientoscrm.com. It sits alongside the Terms of Use above and does not change them.

-   Who it is for: people who join the ClientOS beta through clientoscrm.com before ClientOS launches on the App Store.
-   What you get: ClientOS free for two years from the day it launches on the App Store.
-   After two years: ClientOS is a one-time purchase. We may offer beta users a discount, but we do not promise one.
-   How to claim it: before launch we will email the address you signed up with and explain how to claim it.
-   One offer per person. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
-   If App Store rules change how the offer can be delivered, we will tell you by email before anything changes.
